Job description:

Nurture and foster to the needs of children of mixed age group ranging from 2 to 6 years

We are looking for a warm, passionate, and dedicated Montessori Preschool Teacher who believes in nurturing young minds through hands-on learning and holistic development. As part of the Mettaa Learning Centre, you will play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating, and joyful environment that encourages independence, creativity, and a lifelong love for learning.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver age-appropriate Montessori lessons for children aged 3–6 years. 
  • Utilize Montessori materials to facilitate hands-on learning experiences. 
  • Regularly observe and assess each child's developmental progress. 
  • Maintain detailed records of observations to tailor individualized learning plans.
  • Create and maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment. 
  • Organize materials and resources to encourage independent exploration. 
  • Foster a respectful and inclusive atmosphere that promotes social and emotional development 
  • Engage in regular communication with parents regarding their child's progress. 
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the learning environment and share best practices.

Qualification

  • Educational :Training from a recognized Montessori institution with a Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: Prior experience in a Montessori School is appreciable
